Celebrating the New Year at this inn was great! The staff was very friendly and offered excellent service. We enjoyed using the facilities, like the kitchen and laundry room, which was helpful during our stay. The location was perfect, close enough to the city center but still quiet enough to get some rest. Another advantage was the cozy atmosphere, it felt like home away from home.
The cleanliness of some of the shared spaces left something to be desired. Although it was not unbearable, a more thorough clean would have improved our experience.

During my recent city trip with friends, we stayed at a cozy accommodation that we found to be very well maintained. The staff proved to be extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay much more enjoyable. In addition to that, we appreciated the convenience of its central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room offered everything that we needed for our stay, including some complimentary amenities that we hadn't been expecting.
While the location was ideal, the overall layout of the place left a bit to be desired. The narrow staircase and cramped common areas made moving around a bit of a challenge at times, especially with larger luggage.

The shared facilities could have been cleaner, and sometimes it was a bit crowded and noisy with other guests. the shower areas were a bit cramped, with only one available on our floor.

The location is conveniently located near the Susukino area and is close to the center of the city. the private rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the couple who runs the place were friendly and accommodating, with one of them able to speak English for better communication.
The experience of finding the building and navigating through their lounge and office to get to the private rooms may be confusing or uncomfortable for some.
